The Well Living Lab is seeking a Research Director to provide leadership in research strategy and operations at the Well Living Lab in Rochester, Minnesota. The selected candidate will be an innovative and accomplished scientist with a strong record of multidisciplinary collaboration and leadership/management and an extensive track record of peer-reviewed publications and extramural funding.

The Well Living Lab, founded as a collaboration of Delos and Mayo Clinic, is a first-of-its-kind scientific lab studying how indoor environments impact human health and well-being. The lab’s unique, highly reconfigurable physical environment is rich with technology. With more than 1300 unobtrusive devices and sensors, the lab’s multidisciplinary team can simulate real-world indoor environments, such as offices, apartments, and classrooms, to conduct human subject studies on health, performance, stress, resiliency, sleep, comfort, and more.
